MSP Concourse G Infill & Delta Sky Club
We are proud to announce that The Metropolitan Airport Commission has awarded us a $58 million contract to conduct further renovations at MSP International Airport. The project includes an expansion and renovation to Concourse G in Terminal 1 (Lindbergh Terminal). After record-breaking passenger levels for the third straight year, over 40 million people in 2019 alone, this is an important renovation that will greatly improve the MSP International experience. We are excited to give travelers who are entering/exiting the Twin Cities a modern, fun, and aesthetically pleasing space.
The project aims to expand Concourse G by 71,300 square feet, adding an additional gate lobby, room for new restaurants, event space, restrooms, retail space, and more seating. Additionally, there will be a two-story rotunda added to the new mezzanine level which will house a Delta Sky Club. With Delta being MSP’s dominant carrier, this is another important aspect of the renovation that will improve the Minnesota travel experience for many passengers.
The project is expected to be complete by 2022. Construction at the airport is currently well underway, but we are still in the initial stages of the expansion. We are excited about the progress we have made and the positive impact it will have on both MSP staff and customers. Read Full Article
