The Mimosa construction was the renovation of a pre-existing restaurant. The transformation included restoration of the kitchen prep area, bar build-out, as well as a complete upscaling of the restaurant’s dining area. The airport gate seating-zone surrounding the project stayed active and occupied during the course of construction.
