What started out as a food truck is now one of the best restaurants in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood. In 2017, Morcon Construction and ESG teamed up to bring this casual seafood diner to the MSP International Airport. Located in the Airport Mall near Concourses F & G in Terminal 1, the new Smack Shack meets the airports goal of bringing better airport food options to travelers. With a focus on fresh, fun and local, Morcon is proud to bring this sustainable seafood restaurant to the MSP airport.
