His leadership in managing large-scale, technically demanding projects underscores his deep understanding of construction methodologies and strategic execution.

As vice president, Roerick will collaborate with Morcon’s leadership team to drive the company’s strategic direction. His focus will include expanding Morcon’s footprint in negotiated work, staying ahead of market trends, and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance efficiency. He is particularly committed to diversifying Morcon’s portfolio in emerging markets and strengthening partnerships with key clients such as the Metropolitan Airports Commission and the United States Postal Service.

“Jeff has been a cornerstone of our company for nearly two decades, and his leadership has been instrumental in our success,” said Tony Peterson, President of Morcon Construction. “His dedication to mentoring our team, driving innovation, and delivering top-quality projects makes him the ideal choice for this role and we are excited for his continued leadership as we shape the future of Morcon together.”
