MSP Airport, Terminal 2-Humphrey

This project, completed for Avis & Budget Car Rental, included three projects consolidated under one contract. Located at Terminal 2, in the Ground Transportation Center across from the terminal building, the new spaces increase the ease of use for customers while creating a more modern aesthetic. Construction consisted of a new Ready Return (RR) Center, including customer service booths, vehicle security devices, pavement markings and barriers; a new Customer Service Building (CSB), including a complete office space build-out, service counter, and tenant signage; and a Quick Turn Around (QTA) area, including new office space, break room and restroom finishes.
