As part of the complete restaurant and retail overhaul in Terminal 1, Morcon Construction was brought on to build the new bookstore, Words. Construction included the demolition of the Minnesota store, followed by framing, drywall, floor tile installation, new mechanical and electrical, painting and other finished carpentry. The new bookstore has a warm, cozy and friendly feel, reflecting the culture of Minnesota.
