The renovation enhances the venue’s appeal by improving lighting quality, modernizing finishes, and creating a brighter, more welcoming environment. Morcon collaborated closely with the architect and multiple trades to replace over 180,000 square feet of ceiling and integrate new lighting systems, real wood finishes, and advanced lighting controls—all with a strong focus on sustainability and minimizing disruption.
