Originally built in 1915 and a Nationally Registered Historic Site, Grace University Lutheran Church is among the oldest buildings on the University of Minnesota campus. Morcon was able to save the church substantial funds with the project coming in under budget – including value-added items. Additions included a state-of-the-art kitchen and much-needed storage and office space. The church continued to function during the renovation with little or no interruption to worship services.
